Gary " The strutting Peacock" came from 1 week of retirement due to excessive Cats premiership celebrations to strut his way to 90 in the 6's opening up smashing 6 big 6's and 4 x 4's he was the 7th wicket down at 173.

Andrew "on 1 leg" Mirams aided by a runner was able to stand there and tell others to run for his 72 runs which included 10 boundries and not one six which is out of character for this slogger. he opened the innings and was the 3rd wicket to fall with the score on 123. Hopefully this is the start of a big year for the veteran batsman.

Andy Smith, on the back of an impressive performance in Thursday night's 20/20 Match signals a big future in the Wolves Den with a dashing century for the 6th XI at Keith Hume Reserve.

An almost as good performance on the fizz, in the post-match celebrations back at the rooms on Saturday Night.

In 38 degree heat, Howard Bentley knocks up his maiden century. 108 runs including nine 4's and a 6. Montrose amasses 373 to destroy Norwood. In overnight with the score on 12 he was eventaully the 5th wicket to fall with the score at 274.

In a rain interupted one day game, with Montrose bowling second "The Skunk" ripped through Ainslie Park with figures of 7 overs 5/22. At 6/88 an even bigger bag of wickets was on the cards until rain ended the day's play.
